I'm Talya Simha Mizrachi, BSN, RN. I trained as a nurse and have worked in both large hospitals and small home-health agencies — long enough to see the same quiet problem in every supply closet: teams losing hours to guesswork, admins losing money to it, and patients waiting while someone hunts for gauze.

I believe the people doing the caregiving deserve tools that feel just as gentle as the work they do. So Care Closet is built to disappear into the rhythm of a real supply room — fast logging, voice entry when your hands are full, calm warnings before things run out, and clear answers when you need them.

Real shifts are messy — a nurse runs out the door, an admin offers to log it for them, someone authorizes an override at the cabinet. Care Closet now bends with those moments instead of fighting them: anyone can log for anyone, the system quietly notes who helped, and no one has to chase a teammate later to ask "wait, was that you?"

Care Closet is the tool I wished we had on shift. Every screen is shaped by what nurses, aides, and agency admins actually need in a real moment — not what looks good in a demo.

We added analytics and a guided monthly reconciliation because admins kept telling me the same two things: "I can't prove the value to my owner" and "I dread closing out the month."
